Personal loans with Lenditup
A few reasons people take out personal loans
What to compare before you accept
- APR, which includes interest and most fees, not just the interest rate.
- Origination or other fees, and whether they are taken out of the amount you receive.
- Term and monthly payment. A longer term lowers the payment but usually raises the total cost.
- Late-payment and prepayment rules.
Rates and limits are set by each lender and by your state's law; some states cap interest on smaller loans.
Personal loan questions
01What is a personal loan?
A personal loan is usually an unsecured installment loan: you borrow a fixed amount and repay it in equal payments over a set term. Because no collateral is required, the lender relies on your income and credit history to decide whether to lend and at what rate.
02How much can I request through Lenditup?
You can request up to $5,000 through our form. The amount a lender actually offers depends on the lender, your state of residence and your own finances.1
03Can I request a personal loan with bad credit?
Yes, you can submit the form with any credit history. Some lenders in the marketplaces we work with consider borrowers with low or no credit scores, but each lender decides who qualifies.4
04Does Lenditup make the loan?
No. Lenditup is not a lender. We pass your request to lending marketplaces and lenders in our network. Any offer, including the APR, fees and term, comes from the lender, which may also check your credit.
